Finally bit the bullet on a $300 digital angle gauge

I was tired of setting up my table saw for compound miters by eye and kept messing up small trim pieces. This thing locks onto the blade and gets it perfect to a tenth of a degree in seconds. What's one tool purchase that instantly felt worth it for you guys?

Three hundred bucks? That's a serious commitment to not eyeballing it. I just use a cheap magnetic level and call it good enough. Seems like overkill for trim work.

Ever had a project where "good enough" came back to bite you later? What kind of trim are you putting up that a cheap level works every time?

Cheap levels can drift over time, especially on longer runs of trim. A small error at the start becomes really obvious by the end. It's worth using a tool you trust.
