I finally hit 100 cabinets without a single callback
Been building cabinets solo for about 2 years now and just realized I made it to 100 jobs with zero complaints or callbacks. The trick was switching to prefinished plywood for all my box interiors - that one change saved me so much time on sanding and sealing. Any of you guys track numbers like that or am I just weird?

Prefinished plywood changed the game for me too, my callback rate dropped to almost nothing after I made that switch. I keep a running log in a spiral notebook just to track the numbers and see what's working. It's a little obsessive but it helps catch problems before they turn into callbacks.

That must feel so good to have that peace of mind with your projects. Keeping a log is smart, I wish I had started doing that years ago before I learned the hard way what causes callbacks. It really is the small details that make or break a job and your system sounds like a solid way to stay on top of them.
