My old boss in Milwaukee swore by using a 1/4 inch roundover bit for all drawer fronts, but I tried a 3/8 inch on a recent job and the client loved it.
He said it was 'more comfortable' and looked more substantial. Is a bigger roundover just a trend, or is there a real ergonomic benefit I'm missing?

Funny, I used to think that was just for looks too.

Saw my buddy try to skip that step on his new bike. Thing rattled itself loose after two miles. Had to walk it home in the rain. Learned the hard way it's there for a reason.

Keep an eye on that bolt too. Even if it stays tight, the whole bracket can crack if you don't back it off a little after break-in. Just learned that one myself last week.
