Compared 2 live leak sites side by side for a week, one was clearly feeding us garbage

Last month I ran a lil test on 2 of the big 'citizen journalist' portals that post raw vids from disasters and protests. Site A was fast but every other clip had weird cuts or ended right before something important. Site B was slower by about 4 hours but the footage was continuous and matched what local news showed later. I tracked 15 events over 7 days. On 11 of them, Site A had a gap or a jump that made the story confusing. Site B had maybe 2 hiccups total. So what's the deal, is Site A just farming engagement or are they editing on purpose? Anyone else notice a pattern with a specific one of those sites?

Maybe Site A's just sloppy or lazy, not some big conspiracy to mess with you.
