My flight got delayed 6 hours because of a conspiracy theory rumor
Last month at LaGuardia, some guy yelled that chemtrails were making the plane's wings weak, and the whole gate crew had to shut down boarding for an hour to calm people down. Now I always bring snacks and a backup charging pack just in case someone starts another wild rumor. Has anyone else had a trip derailed by a fellow passenger's conspiracy rant?

And that's why my carry-on is basically a doomsday prepper kit now. Granola bars, two power banks, and noise cancelling headphones are non-negotiable if you want to survive the guy insisting 5G towers are making the plane compass go haywire.
