Paid $120 for a 'secret' moon landing footage archive, got a burned DVD with a slideshow

Last March I found a site selling digitized NASA tapes that supposedly showed unedited Apollo 11 footage from a different camera angle. Sent $120 via wire transfer because they said PayPal was blocked by 'government oversight.' When the package arrived it was a single DVD with 12 blurry photos and a text file saying 'keep looking.' Has anyone else been burned by these archive sellers or is there a legit source for raw mission footage?
