Reading comment threads backwards changed how I spot planted narratives
I got tired of seeing the same talking points pop up in every big thread a few months ago. So I started opening the oldest comments first, then working my way to the newest, instead of the other way around. What stood out was how often the same 4 or 5 usernames showed up with near identical phrasing, just spaced out by hours. It feels less like genuine debate and more like a script playing out. Has anyone else tried sorting by oldest to catch coordinated pushes before they gain traction?

Trust me, sorting by oldest just proves the bots get tired of waiting and start posting anyway.
