Update: I used to think the 'Mandela Effect' was just bad memory, but a specific detail about the Berenstain Bears book I found in my mom's attic last month changed my mind.
Honestly, seeing that old book cover spelled 'Berenstein' when I know for a fact it's 'Berenstain' now messed me up. Has anyone else found a personal item that convinced them of a glitch?

What did the cover actually look like? Because here's the thing, I had the same shock with my old VHS tapes. The trick is to check the copyright page, the inside one with all the small print. That's where the real spelling is always printed, not just on the colorful cover. The old ink on covers can fade or the style of the letter 'a' can look super weird. I found my old book said 'Berenstain' on that inside page the whole time, and my brain just refused to see it.

Hold up, you're missing the point. I checked the inside page on my old copy and it still says 'Berenstein' with an e, plain as day. The ink isn't faded and the print is totally clear. Maybe your book was different, but mine doesn't match what you're saying at all. This whole thing feels way bigger than just a printing error or bad memory. I mean, why would so many people remember it the same wrong way? Something doesn't add up here.
