Found out the coffee shop I work from in Chiang Mai has been open since 5 AM this whole time
I've been showing up at 8 AM like clockwork for two months, missing the best morning light and quiet hours. Then a barista mentioned she's been working since 5:30 AM during a slow chat last Tuesday. I checked Google Maps and sure enough, doors open at 5 AM daily. That's 3 extra hours of focused work time I completely wasted. Has anyone else discovered a hidden schedule change that changed your whole routine?

Classic. You probably walked past that dark coffee shop at 6 AM and thought "too bad they're not open yet" like a total mystery. Guess that's two months of prime productivity down the drain. At least now you can be that smug guy who's already three coffees deep before the rest of us even wake up.

Wait, wait... Google Maps said 5 AM this whole time and you never checked? That's wild. I did the same thing with a pho spot in Da Nang once, walked by it at 7:30 every morning for weeks thinking they opened at 9. Turns out the old lady running it was already there at 6 making broth... I felt like such a dummy when I finally went in at 8 and she was like "slow day, huh?
