Just realized coworking spaces in Bangkok are way cheaper than I thought

I was paying $15 a day at a spot in Chiang Mai last month, then found a place near Thong Lo for $8 a day with free coffee and fiber internet. Anyone else find a big price difference between cities in Southeast Asia?

Thong Lo is seriously overrated for coworking. I paid $12 at a spot near Asok with okay wifi and no free refills - just a tiny cup of burnt coffee. Plus those fiber connections go down every time it rains. I'm not convinced the price gap is a real win when you factor in the hassle. Are you sure the place you found was actually reliable for video calls?

@uma306 I've found rain kills wifi everywhere in BKK honestly, not just Thong Lo spots. The $8 place near Ekkamai I tried last week was solid through three downpours so reliability varies a ton. Location matters but $8 vs $15 savings still feels worth rolling the dice on a new spot each week.
