My coworking space desk booking app double charged me 3 times this month

I checked my bank statement last night and saw 3 charges from the same app in Bali, support takes 5 days to reply, so I filed a dispute with my bank, has anyone else had to fight these booking platforms for refunds?

Check the fine print on their cancellation policy first, most of these apps build in a 10% "processing fee" for refunds that you might not spot until it's too late. That's probably why support is ghosting you, they know the math works out in their favor if you just give up. The bank dispute was the right move, but keep screenshots of the app's terms and your payment receipts because the merchant will submit those to fight the chargeback.
