Why does nobody talk about wifi in Medellin dropping every afternoon

Anyone else deal with this or found a fix besides moving to a coworking space?

Are you on one of the main ISPs like Tigo or Claro, or a smaller local provider? I've heard the afternoon slowdown hits during peak usage hours when everyone's streaming or working from home... Wondering if switching plans helps or if it's just the city's infrastructure being overloaded around 3pm.

Switching to Claro's fiber plan fixed it for me, the afternoon slowdowns basically disappeared after that. Sometimes it's just the plan being throttled during peak hours rather than the whole network being bogged down.
