Hit 10,000 screws in my workshop build, never counted before

I was building shelves in my garage last weekend and decided to keep track of how many screws I used for a single wall unit. After counting 247 screws for one section, I did some quick math on the whole workshop I built over the last 6 months. Turns out I used just over 10,000 screws total for the framing, drywall, and shelving. That number blew my mind because I never thought about the small stuff adding up that fast. Has anyone else tracked something like this on their build and got surprised by the total?

That's wild, man. It's crazy how those little things add up without you even realizing it until you stop and count.

Last month I finally tallied up all my streaming subscriptions and I almost dropped my coffee. We had seven different ones running at the same time, and half of them we barely touched. I sat down with a notebook and wrote out every single recurring bill I could think of, even the ones that only hit once a year like antivirus software. It took me a solid hour but I found three things I had completely forgotten about, including an old gym membership I never cancelled. My advice is to pull your bank statements for the last three months and literally highlight everything that's on autopay. You'll probably find a few surprises, but you can just cancel the stuff you don't actually need anymore.
