My paint sprayer days are done since I found the foam roller method
Used to spend every Sunday with a rented sprayer for trim work, masking off half the room and still getting overspray on the floor. Switched to foam rollers last month after a buddy in Austin told me they lay down a finish that needs zero sanding between coats. Anyone else ditch their sprayer for simple rollers on small jobs?

That trick about zero sanding between coats is the real game changer... once you get the hang of the right foam roller density it actually saves more time than the cleanup from a sprayer. Plus you can just toss the roller cover when you're done instead of breaking down the whole rig.
