Rant: I was using a standard 2-inch paintbrush for trim for ages, but switching to a 2.5-inch angled sash brush cut my time in half on the baseboards in my hallway.

You ever seen someone fight a paintbrush like it owed them money? My buddy @noah917 finally swapped his old 2-inch for a 2.5 angled brush last weekend and texted me a picture of his finished trim with a smiley face. He said the difference was like going from a butter knife to a steak knife - same job, way less messing around.

I always thought the size didn't matter that much.

Yeah man that angled sash brush is a total game changer, seriously. I painted all my kitchen cabinets with a crappy 2-inch (my hand cramped up like crazy) and a buddy handed me a 2.5 angled brush for the next room, took maybe half the time. Even my lines were way cleaner, didn't have to go back and fix drips every few minutes.
