Spent $600 on a nice storm door and it paid off in one winter

Honestly, that cheap aluminum door was letting in so much draft I didn't even realize. Ngl, the first month I saved about $50 on heating just from sealing up the front entryway. Has anyone else seen a big difference swapping out an old entry door?

That "$50 in one month" part really jumped out at me too. I've got a few old doors in my place and I bet I'm easily losing that much if not more. It's not just the trim cracks either, it's the gaps at the bottom. Hard to believe something that looks so small can add up to real money on your bill.
