Dropped $80 on a better grinder and my hits taste way cleaner now

I was using this cheap plastic grinder I got for like $10 for the past year and just figured all vapes taste a little burnt or dusty. Last week I caved and bought a medium sized stainless steel 4-piece grinder for $80 because my buddy swore by it. The first bowl I packed in my Arizer was night and day different, way more flavor and no little chunks falling through. I think the old grinder was crushing the herb uneven and making dust that scorched in the chamber. Has anyone else noticed a big jump in taste just from upgrading your grinder? Or is it more about cleaning your vape more often?

Does the grind consistency change how fast your vape gets dirty inside?

Read finer grinds gunk it up way faster... heard that from a buddy who vapes constantly.
