Lower temps vs higher clouds - my Arizer experiment changed my mind

I ran my Solo 2 at 365F for two weeks then switched to 410F for two weeks with the same strain from my local shop. The lower temp gave me way better flavor and I actually felt the effects longer. Am I missing something by not chasing those thick clouds everyone talks about?

You said "the thick clouds are cool for show but I've noticed they don't last as long in the system" and that's exactly what I've been wondering about. Have you ever tried actually timing how long the effects last between the two temps? I did a little test one weekend where I vaped at 365F and set a timer, then did the same thing at 410F the next day. The lower temp buzz hung around for almost an hour longer for me, no joke. Makes me think all that visible vapor at higher heat is just wasted cannabinoids floating away instead of getting absorbed. So are we basically getting more efficient use of our herb by keeping it lower?

You mentioned "the lower temp gave me way better flavor and I actually felt the effects longer" and that's pretty much what I found too. Running my Solo 2 at 365F just hits different, like you get that smooth, terpy taste that actually carries through the whole session instead of getting roasted away. The thick clouds are cool for show but I've noticed they don't last as long in the system, seems like the higher heat just burns through everything faster. If you're not coughing up a lung and still getting where you need to be, you're not missing anything important.
