My Arizer Solo II took a dive off my nightstand last week
Dropped it from about 3 feet onto hardwood and the glass stem shattered, but the unit itself still works fine. Anyone else have a vape that survived a fall you thought would kill it?

Yeah, grab some spare stems off Amazon, they're cheap and the vape is a tank.

Wait, didn't that stem just slide straight in though? I mean, the Solo II's glass stem is held in by friction, not like it's locked in tight or anything. The whole point of that design is so the stem pops off instead of the whole vape taking the hit, right? So really, your vape survived because that stem did its job and sacrificed itself. Kinda like how a fuse blows to save the rest of the circuit, isn't it?
