Thought a temp step was BS but it fixed my burnt taste problem
For months I kept getting this awful burnt flavor even at low temps. Friends kept saying to do a temperature step but I figured they were just overcomplicating things. Last Tuesday I finally tried it: started at 340 for 3 puffs then bumped to 370 and finally 400. The flavor stayed clean through the whole session and I got way more vapor toward the end. Has anyone else fought the urge to skip steps and found it worth it?

Honestly I was the same way. I saw people talking about temp stepping and thought it was just some vape bro science that didn't matter. Then I had a bad batch of coils and tried it out of desperation. Now I do it every time. It's like the flavor has room to breathe instead of getting scorched right away. That clean finish through the whole session is what sold me too.

My first batch of coils I made on a rainy Tuesday... total mess.
