Found out our VP of sales has a 70% turnover rate in her department over the last 2 years

I was digging through quarterly reports for a budget meeting and saw that stat buried in an HR appendix, and now I'm wondering how the board hasn't flagged this yet - has anyone else stumbled on a hidden metric that made you question upper management?

Wow, a buddy of mine found payroll data showing exec bonuses stayed the same despite a hiring freeze.

And same thing happened at my old company @the_nina, bonuses for the C-suite were locked in while they cut our travel budget to nothing. It's wild how those decisions never seem to trickle up.
