Used to think the big boss just had to make a decision and everyone would fall in line. That stat really shows how wrong that is. Middle managers are the ones who actually have to make the new plan work day to day. If they don't believe in it, they won't push their teams, and the whole thing falls apart. What's the best way you've seen to get them on board early?
