I was dead wrong about remote leadership being impossible
For 15 years I swore you couldn't build real trust without being in the same room (flew to 4 cities a month to prove my point). Then last quarter I ran a fully remote team that hit 120% of target while I sat in my home office the whole time. Has anyone else had a similar flip on a long-held management belief?
