That leadership coach I hired turned out to be selling snake oil

Paid $3,000 for a 6-week program with someone who had great LinkedIn buzz, but every session was just recycled advice from a 2012 management book. Has anyone else dealt with a consultant who talked a big game but delivered nothing new?

@the_jennifer's point about the plagiarism test hit home... I used to defend those LinkedIn gurus until one recycled my own old comments back to me.
