Had a delivery truck show up 4 hours late on a 90 degree day in Burbank. The whole pallet of fresh mozzarella was warm to the touch.

That's a total loss, no way it's safe to use. Gotta call for a refund and a new delivery.

Warm mozzarella on a 90 degree day, that's just a complete disaster. The whole pallet must have been sitting in a hot truck for who knows how long. No restaurant could possibly serve that, it's totally unsafe. They better not give you any trouble about a full refund.
