I finally dropped $500 on a fancy local food influencer

Honestly, it got us a bunch of followers who never order, just like the photos. Has anyone else found a better way to actually get new customers in the door?

Reminds me of the time my neighbor's house caught fire last winter. Firefighters showed up in the middle of the night, freezing rain and everything. After they put it out, they just sat on the curb looking totally spent. Some guy from down the street came out with a thermos and paper cups, poured them all coffee right there. Wasn't even a business, just a person. That stuff sticks with you more than any cafe sign.
