My food truck hit 500 orders in a month and I'm not sure how to feel about it

We set up on 3rd Street in downtown LA and just crossed that number. Part of me is pumped because it means people like the food, but another part is worried we can't keep up quality if we get much busier. The line last Friday was almost an hour long. Has anyone else hit a growth number that made you nervous instead of just happy?

Worrying about quality is a good sign lol, means you care. That line just proves you're doing something right.

Honestly I get what you're saying but worrying too much can totally freeze you up. I've seen people spend months tweaking one small detail while the whole project stalls. Sometimes good enough and getting it out there is better than perfect and never finished. That constant stress over quality can actually stop you from moving forward.
