Our new $500 batch of ghost pepper sauce separated after a week in the bottle

We made a big run for a local market, stored it at the right temp, and now it looks like orange oil floating on top of red paste. What's the best way to fix this before our next delivery?

Forget what @coleman.jade said. Separation looks cheap and amateur. Customers see that oil layer and think it went bad or you messed up. You need to re-blend the whole batch with a proper emulsifier, like xanthan gum. A sticker is a band-aid for a real quality problem.

Is separation really that big of a deal? I've had plenty of hot sauces do that, you just shake the bottle. It's not like it's spoiled, right? If the flavor is still good and it's safe, maybe just tell your market it's natural and needs a quick shake. Could even put a sticker on it.
