I run a taco truck in Echo Park and Tuesdays are always our quietest day. Last week, a local office placed a big lunch order for 40 people, which was a surprise. That single order pushed our total to $802 by 3 PM, which is a record for a Tuesday by almost $300. It made me realize we should maybe do more targeted flyers for office buildings on our slower days. Has anyone else had luck with a simple tactic that turned a dead day around?

Congrats on the Tuesday win. My only pro tip is to accidentally schedule a food critic on your worst day, then panic-clean the whole truck.

That's a funny idea, but I'd be too scared to actually try it. I'd worry the critic would see right through the panic cleaning, @lilyo30. Better to just keep things clean all the time.
